Review: Tastes great and works well for endurance - This stuff works great! If you’re having trouble with it clumping, do this the night before you need it: 1. Put room temperature to the desired level water in your shaker cup, 2. Pour in your scoop of powder, 3. Shake it up really well, 4. Place it in your refrigerator overnight, 5. In the morning (or whenever you want to drink it), remove it and shake it up again really well. BOOM! No clumps! I started doing this and it has completely eliminated the clumping/non-dissolving problem for me. I was putting the powder in first, adding cold water, then shaking the heck out of it, and that definitely didn’t work. The powder doesn’t like to be mixed with cold water, I guess. At any rate, I’ve be drinking this before my non-run days (I use G1M Sport+ for run days) and it really helps sustain my energy during hard bike or rowing workouts, and it’s also great for lifting. I don’t get a sugar crash, either. It won’t give you an instant boost or anything, but for me, it helps me go longer with more effort. Highly recommend.

I buy two products from BPN and this one of them. I swear by it. I take on my way to my cycling group rides and gets me to about 90 minutes before I need to start fueling with any other carb products. One of the few products that doesn’t mess with stomach unlike most pre-workout.
