I decided to purchase another one to replace another pillow. I attempted to go to the company website but it states that it's down. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. When I received the pillow it was all rolled up (my original pillow came in a box and was nice and flat). When I unrolled it it was lumpy and not at all what I expected. I put it in the dryer to fluff it up. What came out is, again, not what I expected. My original pillow is solid, when I put my head on it it conforms to my head. This new pillow is, what appears to be, several torn off pieces of memory foam. When I put my head on it I feel like I'm being poked by these pieces. There is no changing to the contours of my head. It's soft but just not that comfortable. I'm disappointed, I was really expecting this to be exactly like my current pillow. My shoulder/neck pain is gone. As previously mentioned there was a slight odor to the pillows so we aired them out. I washed the covers twice and they smell great. My husband thought they were so comfortable he had me order two more for the guest room. Then my son wanted two for his room. We have now ordered three sets and would highly recommend. On our third order we did receive a pillow that was not as dense/full as the others. After sending in a comment on 12/22 about the one pillow, the company contacted me the next day 11/23 and offered to send a replacement. Was really surprised how quickly they responded and the replacement pillow arrived on 11/27.
