I needed a long entry way rug for when everyone comes over to kick off their shoes . I live in upper Midwest, lots of melting snow , salt, dirt , mud , etc.. so for that purpose it functions well, and I would give it a five stars just for that. I did four stars all the way across the board as it’s a very good rug but it’s not perfection. But it is definitely worth the $30 I paid for it. Would I buy it again, yes. Do I recommend it, yes. Don’t let my four star rating discourage you. Like I said you get what you pay for in rugs and is it perfection, no..but still gets a high rating! The quality is there also. There’s no loose seams no oddball sizing with it. Nothing to fear as far as getting an inferior product. I was also asked to rate absorbency and durability. It's on a covered porch so I don't know if it's absorbent or not.
