I noticed a positive difference (2nd procedure) after using this conditioner. I experienced a faster (in relation to my first surgery) healing time and hair was easier to manage. I also think that because of this I was one of the advertised 3% that did not shed all the graft hair and had about 50% stay without the 4-5 month wait period after the surgery (I am not a physician, but this is based on my experiences in comparison to my first procedure).I liked the product so much, I decided to order another bottle to continue at least one more session to extend and hopefully continue to receive the benefits listed above... So, I sought out to order another....With this Vendor and my experience this is what I received: Extremely Poor Service if you have any issues with your order. As this is a Post Surgical Product I needed Next Day shipping (which was offered) and paid more than double the product price ($35.00) to have shipped next day as I was traveling on business the following week. This vendor took their time and did not ship same day and therefor I did not receive in time. The result in my case was a bluish scale that stuck to the scalp, hopefully not drawing too many strange looks. The option of scrubbing it out of new grafts isn't there and multiple cups of water doesn't get it all out.Another issue I had was that the ink from the bottle rubs off.
