Review: Great for DIY 2U Server - I used this to cool an i5 CPU in a 2U custom server. It has been running for a few weeks now and has been great. Only complication I really had was choosing mounting orientation as the motherboards RAM or heat sinks can block the intake/exhaust due to the coolers low mounting height. Low profile memory worked great for me. I would suggest replacing the factory fan with a Noctua PWM fan. It is now completely quiet and performs excellent. Pros -Fits very well in a 2U server chassis. -Fan replacement is very easy. (See Con below) -Solid core of copper with shroud to direct exhaust in desired direction. -Heavy due to large copper heat sink. -Motherboard mounting was very easy.
