They sent me the first one as a trial run. Once we confirmed that one, they sent the rest. I also had problems with the programming on one of the 5 shades I purchased. The directions for the programming is unintelligible, but they always responded quickly to my questions and helped me ultimately resolve the issue. Even well after I had purchased the units, they continued to always be responsive and helpful. Also, one of the shades had a small piece crack during shipment. They sent me a replacement piece right away and gave me a 15% discount without me asking. Overall, I had a very good experience with the customer service. Install was quick. Programming is confusing as hell at first, but once you do it once, its not too bad. They work like a charm and look great. I'm only taking away a star because the material of the shade itself isn't amazing. Its a bit more on the plastic side than the fabric side.
