**Q: Is the Hole location in the right or left for a downward vent?**
A: Bottom right or upper left.

**Q: can this be mounted outside the wall on the sheet rock?**
A: It is made so you can put it inside a wall I don’t know why you would want to mount it on the outside of the wall.

**Q: Is it for new construction only, or can it be cut into the finished drywall? Also, instructions/ installation manual?**
A: haven't used it yet but its just a box and all you need is a cavity big enough to install it in?

**Q: Is there a version that has the vent hold on upper right instead of upper left?**
A: Unfortunately no.

This box fits nicely in a 2x6” interior wall. This allowed me to use 1 less 90 degree bend, which improves flow and gives more room behind the dryer. Solid build with heavy gauge metal and looks great, super clean!

It easy to install but it would be easier if it was 14 1/2 inches so you don’t have to add framing on one side
