Very unstable. Anyone over 160lbs using the dip feature will tip over. Easy to assemble. Pics on Amazon make it look "industrial" - NOT AT ALL. Trying to figure out how to return it. Probably have to sell it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not very sturdy *by X***X on Reviewed in the United States on March 21, 2020* I know some reviewers are claiming this is study. Well, it won't break or fall over from regular use, but it is not sturdy. It wobbles and shakes during both pull ups and dips. The metal tubing is also a little too narrow for a comfortable grip (I have medium sized hands) on the bars. Tubing that is about 1/2" wider would make it easier (and less painful) to hold on to.It's not that hard to put together if you have some experience putting stuff together. If not, then this might seem a little overwhelming. It took me about 45 minutes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Multi Exercise Power Tower for Home *by S***M on Reviewed in the United States on April 2, 2020* I was looking to get a power tower for a long time but this quarantine period is one that actually forced me to get this.* This is a good build and stable on a rubber mat or concrete floor. It comes with a rubber grip for the base. I am using this in basement so it is good. For a heavy carpet floor, it may not be that stable.* The whole setup is 30-40 mins if you doing alone. With another hand in setup it will be quick.* The whole tower is stable. I am 180lbs and doing dips, crunches, pull-ups and push-ups on this mostly and not find any issue. You can not compare this with Gym power towers as they are almost 10 times the cost of this and designed for heavier use and installed differently.* Comes with 2 resistance ropes for stretch exercise.
