I'm not speaking ill I'll of the product, not am I giving it a bad review, perhaps I missed this when I purchased it. Quality hardwere was put all throughout the product. The only thing I would have to say I didnt admire about the product was the fact that you had to tread the main screw through the puller the first time with great resistance. After all the treads were cleared, the tool works as expected. It's also as if it was not well tapped or the threads were not properly cut. The tool works great now and I've had absolutely no issues at all.
