This belt has the same concept except it doesn't make large noises and doesn't look tacky when wearing it.Perfect for those who are very busy and want to slip their pants on and go. You don't have to worry about inserting a piece to a specific hole; you just slip on, quick adjust and slap the two magnets together.It gives you the exact fit to your waist, unlike those traditional belts with holes where you have to work with an inch or half a inch of spaceIf you shed a couple of pounds its easy to adjust on the fly while around you waist. If you gain weight though there's some odd tugging when you have it on, so i recommend sliding in adjustable magnet to the end before putting around your pants.If you or those you plan to gift this to have metal implants like a pace maker i do not suggest purchasing this belt due to the powerful magnets involved.My previous belt had tons of wear and tear although sill usable, planning to replace it with this belt after one year of use. Function is great but it seems durability is very low! Planning to get one with a different color but I'm afraid it will be the same situation._______________________Could be 5 star unfortunately the wear and tear on the strap is evident within 1 week of use. The edges of the hole on the buckle where the strap is inserted is sharp that it damaged the stitching on the belt. I end up using sand paper on the edges.to avoid more tear on the strap! ### ⭐ Used to be good quality, now it sucks? *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2019* I contributed to this company’s Kickstarter campaign years ago, and the belts I got from the Kickstarter were impeccable quality. They are still in great shape and I wear them daily.However the belt I purchased off of Amazon is of much lower quality. Not sure why they went downhill after seeing some success?The stitching is loose and unraveling, the magzook tag saying “face this label...” is printed on the WRONG end of the belt, and the nylon is fraying.I’m not sure if the company has tried to find cheaper manufacturing, or if they just care less about the product since it’s not new and exciting.
