In keeping with my active lifestyle of surfing and CrossFit, my joint pain was still an issue. He wasn't able to subscribe anything but told me to try taking a supplement with Turmeric that also had Liposomal in it. He had suggested this product because it was one he had taken personally and had great results. I took his advice and after taking the product daily for a little under two weeks, I noticed a complete change in my joint pain especially in my knees where I always had the most issues.
