I am over 40 and my periods have been irregular all my life. This didnt do much for me at first but after months of taking it I notice I am getting periods once a month like normal woman. I don't know if it is because of these tablets. But they might help regulate periods this way it may be easier for you to predict your ovulation to get pregnant.
