Love this book of handouts and class materials from the 2013 Boot Camp. Of course I wish I could have attended the conference itself, but this book is the next best thing. Buy it, and create your own mini conference! Just grab a latte or a cup of tea and head to a quiet spot to learn from the excellent instructors represented in this book.
