I had one some time ago and just found it again while doing new flooring and roofing , the only problem was my old one I had lost the top and ran out of lead. So i tried one from Lowes and the lead was so soft I said forget it and just ordered a whole new one from Johnson Level & Tool . You don't have to keep sharpening it like the wood ones and it clips on your pocket or wherever.
