This is a stiff plastic case so I’m not sure how shock absorbent it could be but it’s fairly thick. There is the tiniest bit of a ridge to keep it from landing on the screen in a fall. I’m slightly worried it’s not high enough to actually protect it but I’m really careful with my phones, so hoping it’ll be ok. The side buttons are so easy to push, there’s almost no resistance at all. One downside about this case is the gap around the camera lens but for the cost it’s not a big issue. The description was used - very good condition. The case I got is like new, I see no signs of use.
