It also has stand up leak guards for extra protection. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Better options available *by P***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2017* PROS:Soft material; doesn’t make crinkling sounds; wider and thicker absorbent area; high waist band.CONS:Very high-cut legs, like a French-cut leg (the correct size was ordered). The underwear covered to only just below my hipbone, and was also very high-cut on my buttocks. I knew this would not work once I went to bed – I could probably anticipate leakage. Thank goodness I had a Depends Night Defense left to pull on OVER the MoliCare to keep it in place to prevent leakage. Without it, there would have been shifting. Since the MoliCare has a wider absorbent area, it bunched up and folded over itself in the front very quickly. The absorbing curly fibers did absorb well, but there were many clumps and lumps – uncomfortable. The urine was absorbed all the way to the edges and from the top of the front of the underwear to just only half-way to the back end. The back half of the underwear was completely dry and didn’t absorb any extra liquid. Since it was bunched up, the edges were also bunched. The wet absorbent clumps seemed to prevent more urine from being absorbed further on down the pad all the way to the back. The absorbent material was covered by a soft and fine mesh-like material. I did not feel like the wetness was totally drawn into the absorbent pad. It is hard to see how to determine the front of the underwear. The underwear has fine, light blue lines to signify that is the front of the pad. These bands are way too light to see in a bathroom at night, so you have to turn on the light to find the blue bands. Now you are awake! This is my fourth try at finding more absorbent underwear; I stayed far too long with Depends, thinking it was the best. The product that works for me is Amazon’s Tranquility Premium OverNight Pull-On Diapers, along with their Tranquility TopLiner Disposable Booster Pads in Super, 15”x25”. The Tranquility products are cheaper than the MoliCare and have more per package. These are my opinions and experiences with MoliCare; it may work perfectly for you. If you like the reviews for various overnight underwear products, purchase small packages of each one to compare. There are a lot of products available and by experimentation you will find the one that best fits your needs.
