The memory foam isn't too soft or too firm and I have been sleeping super hard since day 1 of sleeping on it. My husband who has back issues and normally prefers a firm mattress will lay on my side (we just have twins put together) and say "wow this is so comfortable" and then I have to tell him to get back on his side hahaha. I have nothing but great things to say about this mattress. For the price point, I feel like I have gotten my moneys worth out of it. I've only had it a few months so I'm not sure how many months or years I will get out of it, but right now I don't really care because I am sleeping great and my back doesn't hurt.
