Too many connection cycles and they will wear out. Still for the cost it's hard to beat! Remember to calibrate your VNA before measuring, using the open, short, and load on the board, and the cables you will be using. If you calibrate at the ports of the VNA the results will be wrong when you measure through cables, because of the phase shift introduced by the cables.
