Very smooth operation, stable and well built. This machine has allowed me to add 10-20 lbs on various exercises. I lift by myself (no Spotter) and was wary about going for max weights. No more! The safety factor of the Smith Machine will allow everyone to tackle their max weights/reps!My machine arrived in 5 packages (ordered the lat attachment also) and two were very damaged with a lot of hardware missing. I emailed the seller and they shipped the missing hardware and it arrived with-in three days. Very responsive/helpful seller.Cons: The Lat attachment could be improved immensely by moving the pulley 6 inches to the rear (towards the Lat Weight carriage). It's present location is too close to the Smith Support Legs and the Lat Bar is so wide it hits the legs. I bought a narrower lat bar which works better, keeping my hands clear ot the support legs.Also the packaging could be improved upon by adding Styrofoam for fillers, using thicker cardboard for the boxes and banding them tightly every 12". My machine did arrive with a lot of paint chaffed off and there are a lot of chipped areas.That said; I'm happy with the purchase, the customer service and the quality/price of the Equipment! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality *by R***T on May 15, 2022* Overall great quality for the price!
