It is not expensive and the taste is satisfying. K cold brew it. I placea quarter cup of grounds into a filter bag, place that in a quart jar with cold water and let it sit on the counter for 24 hours. I then take out the filter bag, fill the jar with water to the top--to make-up for the displaced filter bag--and store it in the fridge. I can grab a cup anytime and heat it up, or drink it cold in summer time. It is a nice alternative to coffee, and has nutritional value.
