The item that was sent to replace it? Same thing! Both are unusable. Not sure what happened but I have to look elsewhere now and go through the hassle of shipping this thing back if I want my money back. I was worried that it wouldn't hold enough wipes but you can fit a surprising amount in there. I have been using it for at least 6 months now and I have had no issues with it at all. The blue one was perfect. I love this color, so I took a chance on this one, even though other reviews said the blue plastic piece comes off. Indeed, as I was taking it out of the package it came in, the blue plastic piece fell off. It's almost like it was only barely glued on to begin with. My first thought was "no big deal, I'll just glue it back on." But after several unsuccessful attempts, the only explanation I can come up with is that the pink plastic is a different material than the material used for the other color choices of this product. Definitely do not buy this product.
