It's amazing how "creamy" it is since it doesn't contain milk or eggs. Tastes good on a pita/sandwich or as a veggie dip. I would definitely recommend to vegan friends, but as a vegetarian, I prefer a nice greek yogurt base in tzatziki...which is also lower calorie than something with a good bit of sunflower oil in it like this.
