The material seems to be well stitched together, the handle is comfortable (although I'll have to see how the foam holds up in the long run...), the frame feels sturdy without any noticeable flex, and overall it seems well made. Some things in particular: - The pen pockets are mounted high up; pro: you can always get to your pen/scribe, con: a sharpie sticks up above the end wall. - As pointed out in other reviews, the bottom is cloth, so if you carry heavy, odd shaped things, fitting a piece of 1/4 ply to the bottom is helpful if you use the movable divider. - It does not have velcro straps on the two ends (like the similar Home Depot box) for strapping a long level or blueprints or welding rods to - I may try to retrofit this myself. The Canvas is thick and I like that the bottom is made of a hard material that would be waterproof. The bottom is what failed on my Husbands last bag. There are several useful pockets.
