This particular one, the regular Colace soft gels, is not labeled gluten free, even though the rep says they are gluten free, and my guess, and the company rep agreed, is that they cannot label it gluten free since it did not go through the gluten free testing process, and therefore, legally cannot be labeled gluten free. I have celiac disease and haven't had a reaction, however, if you want to spend more money and get the Colace Clear soft gels, which is tested for presence of gluten, you may have more peace of mind! **Q: Does this product have food coloring?** A: There is nothing on the bottle that suggests that it has food coloring. **Q: does this have a laxativestimulant in it** A: That's a stool softner only.
