The number of fasters and the overall design is simple and effective. The problem I have is with the thread serts that are installed into the back of the head support cushion. One is pushed in so far the faster cannot grab any threads therefore disabling me from assembling this product...So , I can not use it.There was a piece of paper in the package with a number to call for warrantee claims. A voice mail service answers but no one ever followed up with me after I left a message. An email was sent ,but again there has been no response from the distributer.Sadly I have nothing good to say. I am out a few dollars and now I have a piece scrap metal sitting in my room until I can find time send it back?The only reason I shop online is because I haven't time to go shopping otherwise. It takes time to file a complaint. Time to contact a parcel carrier and time to wrap things up again. That time cost me more money than the item did.
