They should call this clearly white. It's not even close to clear. It's white, very white. The thread looks as white as it does on the spool in the picture. Maybe whiter. It doesn't get better when you use it. It's just plain white, or Ultra Bright White would be a better color description. The bottom of the description states, not translucent and not transparent. What that apparently means is no hide-ability whatsoever, because it's WHITE. I'd add a picture but, everyone knows the difference between Clear and WHITE. Buy the color you need and forget about clear if you want this stuff. Tenara should be ashamed to call it clear. What I call it is an expensive mistake.
