Indeed, when I took the old one off there were a couple of big splits in the old one. I got all the adhesive off from the old one and then messed up putting the new one on. I found out you cannot reposition this, so be really careful in your placement of the new one! So, I had to order a second one and wait for it to come, but once I got it on, my machine started cutting perfectly again. Review: Works - Easy to replace just remove the old one and replace it with this and your good to go. One thing I would recommend is it is a little short but if you put it on where it cuts then you won't have any issues so it will fit the rest doesn't matter because the blade unit does not go that far so perfect fit if put on right.
