UPDATE 4/8/2013 Recently it seemed that after the 3 or 4 hours of initial sleep the 2nd Valerian was not working as well. I was determined to try to get to the bottom of what was causing me to not sleep good. I felt for sure that it was a deficiency. So my search began again and I came upon a product called "Sleep Minerals 11" by Nutrition Breakthroughs. After just a couple of days of taking them I began sleeping for 7 or 8 hours a night. I have probably never done that in my life. Maybe a short while in my 20's but I'm amazed. For now I'm still taking my Valerian with the minerals because it's working so good and I'm afraid to not take the Valerian with it. I don't know if I need the Valerian along with the minerals or not. But for now, I'm taking them both. After I enjoy these 7 & 8 hours of sleep a night for a while I'll get brave and try it without the Valerian. However, I take one Valerian when I go to bed, put the other one on the headboard to take if I wake up and so far, it is always still laying on the headboard when I wake up in the morning. I started few weeks ago taking 6 valerian root pills a day. (2) @8am (2) @2pm (2) @8pm helped so Much for a while but then I noticed taking it at night gives you dreams every night and I don’t like that because it also comes with nightmares so I stopped taking the two at night and eventually started just doing the (2) in the morning and lasted thru the day but also had CBD 600 mg on hand in case any little stressful moment made me anxious.
