Plus, the price can't be beat. It does a great job absorbing oil, the smell isn't as strong as others, and the sprayer works great (many other brands, the sprayer breaks after just a few uses). It leaves your hair weightless, volumized, and not greasy. So many other brands leave your hair weighed down/sticky, and still don't clean up the oil. With this product, I have been able to go from washing every day, to 2x/wk (My hair could actually go even longer thanks to this product, but my scalp needs to be washed that often). I also have dark hair and even though it's not "clear," the white color is not a problem (see tips below).A few tips: put the dry shampoo in before you go to bed/before your hair would get greasy. It works at the scalp to prevent that way instead of "cleaning up." Also, it does leave white residue, but let it sit for a few minutes, then use your fingers to blend it in, THEN brush it out, and worst case scenario, if it's too white, you can use a blow dryer to get rid of the rest. It also helps your hair hold a style better, so you can use it right on clean hair to help with texture. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Psssssssst, I've got a secret... *by A***I on Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2017* Of all the dry spray shampoos, nothing beats the classic Psssssst Spray shampoo. I not only use it in between washing my hair, but also when styling my freshly washed hair. The spray give my hair a bounce and body to keep my blow out looking like I just walked out of the salon, without the sticky residue of hair spray. For use on clean hair I hold the bottle further away and very lightly mist the entire length of my hair in sections, working from the crown of my head down to the ends. For in between washes, I use a comb to part my hair in sections and spray my roots only until the white powder is visible. Then I leave on for 5-7 minutes and use a brush to brush the powder out of my hair, eliminating the powder and oiliness at the same time. The scent isn't overpowering and dissipates in a few minutes so as not to compete with any fragrance or perfume I am wearing that day. The other spray shampoos on the market might have more attractive fragrances, but they leave a thick coating of residue behind and dull the shininess of my hair away making it so that I HAVE to wash my hair the next day. Pssssssst is a classic and I hope it never gets discontinued. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The original and best brand *by A***G on Reviewed in the United States on August 27, 2019* The citrus isn't original, but it works as well as the original. I have known of this product for many years. When it was the only product of its kind. It can be hard to find in stores and I have bought other brands thinking they should work as well. I've also tried a few more brands that ended up in our home. (I have 3 teenage/young adult daughters) I honestly haven't found one that worked like Psssst. Most of them didn't work at all! I'm surprised what horrible products some companies will put out, just to get in on the market. The only down side to Psssst is on darker hair, you can see the white powder. The darkest hair in our house is a light/medium brown and sometimes I will see it on my daughters hair and just rub off a bit and it is fine. Its perfect for blonde ranges.
