I am 6' 4" and 325 lbs . I have a long body, when I measured, I came out as 58 inches. These were the longest on the market so I gave them a try. The elastic has enough stretch so they can fit me but are a little tight. They are still comfortable and I don't have to worry about my pants falling down.
