Granted, I'm sure the store would be saddened to know that I ended up ordering from Amazon, but the price was so much better! Anyway, I decided to purchase these as I get pretty grossed out by the after taste of fish oil and after using my sample of the super fruit...I was hooked! There is no after taste and after only a few servings, I felt great! I literally felt more energetic, clear headed, and I believe another customer indicated they curb your appetite and I actually think they do. I have had some pretty bad issues with eczema on my face which takes a lot of work to manage, but after 3 days of taking the super fruit caps, it appears to have cleared up some. The only thing I don't like is that you need to take 2 caps 3 times a day, so that is 6 caps a day...fish oil is only one cap total. Less product and more money. Oh well, I suppose if I am seeing results, then it's worth the investment. Enjoy! ### ⭐ Contains definite no-no ingredients *by J***A on May 23, 2017* This product contains carrageenan (causes inflammation for one thing), sorbital (laxative), food starch modified (derived from wheat and not good for those who are gluten intolerant), glycerin (sugar alcohol with a laxative effect/ headaches) purified water (doesn't say, but could be RO - Reverse Osmosis which would be real bad). Sorry - I am usually very careful about what I purchase and definitely slipped up this time because I did not see these ingredients until I had the bottle in my hand.
