All aluminum nice finish. Barrel style locks. Lightweight and strong. Hopefully keep me safe while in the field for seasons to come. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheapest aluminum carabiners without skimping on quality *by G***R on October 11, 2016* Opt for hassle free packaging and these are easily a few bucks cheaper than every other carabiner. They are simply low glare black finish, not neon colors like most of my others, which makes them better for tree stand use, but they are perfectly suited for rock climbing or rappelling as well. Cheap enough to leave one on a tree strap in each stand (which is easier for me than hooking up every time).They are rated to 5k lbs, same or similar to most of my others, but are actually a hair lighter than the others as well.
