If it is try keeping your finger on the reset pc switch for a few seconds. Quality is good and I would recommend either four small rubber washers or stepped side case knurled screws for fitting to the side glass panel, as although it does have four rubber washers fitted to the case, the removal knurled fixing screws sit through the glass and against the glass, which made me a bit nervous fitting and removing....but for this price, I don't think you can complain and I'm very happy with the build.
