Nothing sticks to this thing, and cleanup is always very fast and effortless. It has developed very, very faint circular stains from where I've repeatedly baked cookies on it, but it's so light, you'd have to be looking to tell. This has saved me countless long nights scrubbing pans, so I can't thank this mat enough for that. A real official Silpat from France (be impressed, please). Well, my old mat was unfortunately used as a pizza mat a few times including the slicing of the pizza (I do not recommend this!) and Bake and Win seemed like a quirky way to get a new silicone mat and it "looked" close enough to my old Silpat. Turns out, it's a great replacement. It's got the same feel, a little bit of "stickyness" so that it doesn't slide around the pan, even when it's greasy. Does a great job of keeping baking and roasting items from sticking to the pan. Basically, it serves its purpose in life.The only thing I'm not too sure about is the little camera icon in the corner for the contest. Contest = fun, true.
