With this it kind of puts you out about 6 inches or so from the frame so that way you have more room for a lateral movement without any issues. You can probably see our use it on the floor in addition to push up stands to do additional floor work usually back leg lifts. This is pretty good for someone spending only about a hundred dollars; realistically, I feel pretty happy to have a stable pull up bar that I can easily put away in about 10 seconds. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Much better than the one at Walmart. 5Star *by J***Y on May 23, 2020* This thing is very sturdy and holds my weight very well.
