I log 1-2 nights per week almost all year round and so I am very familiar with most Marriott pillows found at full-service, JW, Ritz, Courtyards, and Residence. Some Marriotts use what feels like cutup foam pieces, these are actually the ones I like best, they are firm and cool to sleep on. this pillow is more like a hollow fill and is not as firm but still very comfortable. I sleep hot and it stays cool.

This pillow helps me - a person who sleeps on her back or side - avoid the kind of neck pain I get with other pillows. It gives me support where I need it, but doesn't press hard anywhere. I can shape it as I need it to be. My only complaint is that it does seem to retain too much body heat, so after half the night, I'm being awakened by an uncomfortably-hot neck, and so have to flip the pillow over. Otherwise, I am totally pleased.
