Review: 股関節がよわいので座椅子に脇息ですごく座り心地も良くなるし、立ち上がる時便利です。 こちらの脇息はお安いので、まずお試しに買ってみるといいと思います。 わたしは40代、158cmですが脇息の高さはちょどよかったです。すこし、座椅子がふかふかタイプで厚底なのでちょうどいいかもしれません。体重をかけている時には倒れませんが、ふとした時（ティッシュをとるとか）にちょっとぶつかる？ふれる？だけで倒れちゃいます。そうするとそこそこ音がでかいので猫が起きてなんだよ！って顔します。

股関節がよわいので座椅子に脇息ですごく座り心地も良くなるし、立ち上がる時便利です。 こちらの脇息はお安いので、まずお試しに買ってみるといいと思います。 わたしは40代、158cmですが脇息の高さはちょどよかったです。すこし、座椅子がふかふかタイプで厚底なのでちょうどいいかもしれません。体重をかけている時には倒れませんが、ふとした時（ティッシュをとるとか）にちょっとぶつかる？ふれる？だけで倒れちゃいます。そうするとそこそこ音がでかいので猫が起きてなんだよ！って顔します。
