Great child deterrant! *by M***L on February 19, 2013* While these are not made to child PROOF - these do make a great boundary line for my 11 month old. These are so easy to istall/remove and are not a pain to take off in order to get in/out of the cabinet. These actually keep my cabinet doors closed tighter than the type that you have to push down to unlock. I liked that this didn't require any sticking/glue/drilling.. They are simple and effective. And the price is great on top of that.
