I wanted to find something unique, and these seemed really cool. It took a while for the for the earrings to be shipped, and they ended up being very late. I knew they were handmade to order, but I was starting to get nervous, especially because I paid extra for rushed shipping. So I contacted the seller, and asked if everything was alright, and when I was to expect the order, I also told them I felt a little ripped because rushed shipping isn't cheap. They replied back the next day, apologized and took the shipping charge out of the order. That there, is a mark of excellent customer service.The earrings finally came, and they look exactly like the picture, and my mother loves them. They aren't heavy, they have a good weight to them and are delicate looking. I even modified it so the wing at the top is in the middle of the chain and i hook the chain to the back so it loops around my ear at the top. I understand they are handmade, but it took over a month and a half to get.
