Since we add nothing to the nuts but the roasting you get the benefit of a raw nut with the flavor of a roasted nut. Our small batch process takes between thirty and forty minutes to roast using a special rotary drum. Because we roast using only the oils found naturally in the nuts a uniquely full flavor and taste. I was browsing through Amazon in search of a high quality mixed nut that was processed naturally and with no added oils. I ordered 2 bags of Chosen Roaster. They are a little pricey but worth it.  Absolutely the freshest mixed nuts I have ever eaten. Their taste is clean, fresh and natural with a touch of salt. And they offer a whole line of similar nut products. Great find!
