After curing ends turn light off turntable runs for about 5 seconds more then stops. Nice. I did read some reviews about the battery. Its a single AA that appears to be used if you want to display something and just let it run. Not needed for curing, the UV light runs it via the surrounding sensors on the base of the turntable.
