The holes at the bottom can't be closed, and the door is I'll fitting allowing even more air in. Heck it's not even the same door that the photos or instructions show. Lol.The other big drawback is that the two drum pieces are screwed together, so you cannot easily access your coals OR your water.The last drawback is the hanging size. There just isn't much room from hook to water. If you're thinking about buying separate hooks as I did, don't bother, they're too big.Overall it's a sad little tiny smoker but does exactly what I wanted it to...
