It is welded on by two wires. 2 of my 4 did not work after 2 days. They were refunded however. **Q: Before I return these, would you please let me know how to access the charger? The switch is on but none of the 4 work.** A: I am not sure.Have you unscrewed the bulb which you can do.The charger maybe underneath.Also, Just checking you realise they do need a fair bit of direct sun initially to get them going. **Q: One of the lamps doesnt work, can i have a replacement please?** A: You are lucky, I have three not working! They are not very well made , water gets in easily, can’t be bothered to chase up replacements as they will probably be just as bad. **Q: One of the lights has stopped working** A: These torch lights need a lot of sun to operate fully and be long lasting. Try and leave them in direct sunlight at all times as this may help. Torches look lovely when on but only stay on for approx 2hrs and that's with a full days sun charge.
