Great photos. The first part of the book is good advice. The recipe part offers a wide variety of recipes for infusions and many different courses of a gourmet meal from appetizer to drinks. It was on its way to 5 stars for creativity until I saw a recipe where the author recommended boxed brownie mix. 5 star cookbooks don't recommend commercial brownies box mix in my opinion. This looks like it is more helpful for a cannabis banquet in an adult use legal state like Colorado rather than for a patient seeking consistency calculating dosing to achieve an effect. Otherwise, a fine effort. If you are a patient seeking baked edibles for consistent dosing, consider

As a chef I was hoping for more awe-inspiring dishes however it mostly consisted of using the infused oils/fats as cooking oil which left me a little unimpressed as I was hoping to see how they used the flavor to pair with food for something new but felt shorted. I will say the breakdown of the chemical/scientific processes for infusing the fats was very well done and explained very thoroughly the compounds and temperatures.

Don't buy the Kindle version! Ditto on the previous reviewers' take on it. Not cool!But when I finally got the text big enough to kinda-sorta read the text, the read the text, the recipes seemed to be excellent. And the photos are outstanding in both versions.I do want my money back from the Kindle version. then I can buy the paperback version.
