The package comes with 24 mounting screws. Note, however, that these screws do not have washers on them. I picked the "deep" version since i had a few network switches that were around 15 inches deep and that fit those the best. Loaded a lot of gear into it (60-80 lbs) and it does not show any signs of sagging or strain from the weight as other mentioned; or bad welding either. Perhaps they noticed the problems and fixed? It is a good sturdy build and the flexibility in sizing is really nice for those undecided on what size rack they will need. Bare in mind that this is not a full depth rack, so you wont be able to put in full size rackmount computer equipment, but it is a lot deeper than many of the telco racks out there. For me this was awesome as it allows me to put not only my network gear, but also a few short depth server cases in the rack. Overall very pleased and mine came with all the necessary hardware as well.
