Wanted a small brace to wear at work for tendinitis pains. I'd say it worked somewhat, but I still felt some pain, and took it off mid-shift. The sizes run a bit small so be careful. I have the size small and it is somewhat uncomfortable. (Mind you, I am 5'3" with small wrists) I read the sizing chart that came with it says it can fit my wrist but no bigger so the plastic loop does bother me. Other than that, it keeps in place at whatever tightness you want. It doesn't get in the way when doing normal activities.
