It really does get rid of dull dead skin - you may spend some time in the shower scrubbing with a loofah and rinsing it all off, but it's worth the time it takes because it leaves your skin so soft (if your skin feels "filmy" afterward, this is just dead skin you didn't rinse off, so make sure you scrub & rinse throughly). The smell is amazing and stays on your skin all day. I use it 2-3 times a week alternating with my regular body wash when my skin needs exfoliating. I have sensitive skin too and it doesn't irritate. Definitely recommend!

I love this scrub!
