I bought this book as my kids have several food allergies, including eggs. There are a ton of fun, quality recipes in this book, we have loved everything we've tried so far! The author also includes great theory articles at the beginning of each chapter, and suggests riffs and variations you can use to take things further. Looking forward to trying more, especially when summer comes!

I got this for my mom and she loved it. The recipes are easy to follow and put together well. The author is also engaging. Keep in mind that none of the recipes require the use of an oven, but a number of them require stove tops or other forms of cooking instead of just raw ingredients or things to stir and serve.

Great cookbook that has a variety of desserts and sweet things that don't need an oven. Perfect for the camper, trailer, vacation, or the bachelor that doesn't have an oven. Most are quite simple and fabulous. Pictures are excellent and recipies are effortless. None are lo-carb or lo-sugar. These are desserts - and should be enjoyed as such! :) A wonderful resource to my cookbook library.
