So I took a chance and got these pills. I wanted to wait a few months before putting up a full review because like most things it doesn't happen overnight and maybe I still should give it a bit more time. First off I will say that this is expensiveness to keep p with because not only are you using to caps but you need the vitiation c capsules as well. I took four of the caps a day and three of the VC caps as well. Needless to say thy are hard to get down. I have been staying out of the sun and wearing tons a sun screen. After about two months my husband said he could see a moderate change. My skin had a glow to it and some of the spots on m legs were lighting up. So I kept taking them. Now I'm at the end of my fourth month and I think i'm going to get as light as it will allow me which is about one and a half shade. So do not expect huge results. So yeah they work , but i'm going to take a break from them and return back to them once I can save up some more money. I figured since they both were meant for the same thing I would just post it here. I heard that the pills are suppose to give you energy.
