Except the system will kill your battery, If you have the ”breaking”part of it hooked up. It’s an engineering design failure. If you do not hook up the brake line part of it, it works as advertised. But you lose the system lighting up in red when you break.I pose this question to the sellers, although they got back to me quickly enough. Great buy, if your giving it 2nd thoughts BUY IT!! GREAT FOR THE PRICE!! (Added 4 more strips to make it bigger and brighter.) At least two, if not, four should have been longer to reach the front easier. Just a few inches would have made a big difference. Directions on wiring to the brake/turn signals would have helped, too.
